Our company is one of the largest machine building production site in southern Hungary, equipped with all the basic machine building devices that are required for the processing of various base materials. Thus we are able to supply coated, assembled and ready-made products. Our primary focus in technology is on the working of leaf (up to 5 mm), steel and aluminium welded plates and structures.
Cutting:
Plate cutting in a width of 4,000 mm and thickness of 6 mm using CNC and standard shears. Fibre material cutting using reeled steel cutting machines and cutting of aluminium panels with double-reel cutting machines up to a thickness of 80 mm.
Fine plasma arc cutting:
Plate cutting in any shape required, up to a thickness of 12 mm, using CNC-controlled fine plasma arc cutters, with an accuracy range of 0.2 mm. In the case of small and medium series, it may substitute tooling-up.
Chipping:
Using CNC-controlled and standards lathes, up to a diameter of 320 mm, or with bar revolver lathes up to a diameter of 400 mm. In addition to these, we are equipped with standard milling machines, shapers as well as cylindrical and face grinding machines.
Welding:
We perform AFI and AWI aluminium welding using argon protective gas and steel welding utilising CO2- and mixed protective gases. We are particularly experienced in the former procedure, which is certified by our welding site classification according to MSZ EN 729-2. We are equipped with spot, seam and series spot welder devices.
Edge bending:
Using modern CNC-controlled and standard edge bender devices, up to a length of 4,000 mm and a thickness of 6 mm.
Pipe bending:
Our CNC-controlled 3D and standard 2D pipe benders enable us to perform bending up to a diameter of 40 mm.
Pressing, cupping:
Using mechanic eccentric presses, we can produce pieces of a weight of 25-100 t, while the hydraulic presses are used in the manufacturing of pieces up to 250 t. The tools required are manufactured in our own tool workshop.
Surface protection, painting:
We are prepared to perform degreasing, phosphatising and passivating of steel and aluminium parts in a heavy-duty conveyor system. Base painting with a solvent-based or water-based painting (if so required) is implemented on a conveyor line. The modern DEWA painting cabinet warrants for the highest quality of coating. We are also prepared to coat the surface with environmentally friendly dust lacquer in any colour, using electrostatic dusting.
Assembly:
The company has performed the assembly of our products (autobus body parts, doors, separating walls, roof vent covers, heating devices, cleaning appliances) using pneumatic and 72 V machines, applying various bonding and stuffing technologies. Our extensive connections with reliable suppliers guarantee the continuous availability of glass, rubber and plastic parts, components, bonding units and fixtures.
